       ▪ Dialogue versus debate.
       ▪ The problem-solving process: Demonstration and
         debriefing.
       ▪ The problem solving process: Small group role plays.
       ▪ Full group role play debriefing and discussion of how to use
         skills.
       ▪ Developing individual action plans for conflict resolution.
