Mental Health Mediation Pilot Project.
DRER and the CDRP are
participating in a federally funded pilot project to explore the use of
mediation in resolving Medicaid Fair Hearings disputes. The project
has been organized by the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Division of
the Michigan Department of Community Health. The project manager is
the Michigan Disability Rights Coalition.
